Information we collect
We may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, selected service, business goal, preferred language, and basic technical information needed to protect our forms from abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess the appropriate DEMA service, arrange a consultation, prevent spam and misuse, and keep a necessary record of business communications.
How information is handled
Enquiries are processed using DEMA’s website and Google Workspace services. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through an enquiry form.
