What the service covers
DEMA helps implement landing-page journeys, contact routes, enquiry routing and measurement definitions. Depending on scope, the work can include form improvements, WhatsApp and phone links, thank-you states, analytics events and CRM handoff requirements.
The aim is to make the journey understandable for the visitor and useful for the team receiving enquiries. A technically fired event is not enough if the enquiry never reaches the responsible person.
Define the stages before the events
- Contact intent: a visitor selects a contact route.
- Submission: a request is sent for processing.
- Confirmed receipt: the receiving system acknowledges the record.
- Qualification: the sales team applies agreed criteria.
- Commercial outcome: an opportunity progresses or a sale is recorded.
These stages should be separate in reports. A WhatsApp click cannot confirm that a message was sent. A browser request without a readable server acknowledgement cannot prove successful delivery.
Implementation workflow
We review the current page and contact journey, agree the intended event definitions, then implement and check the changes. Validation should follow a test enquiry into the actual destination, with the receiving team confirming it arrived.
The handoff records event names, triggers, destinations, ownership and known limitations. Customer details should remain in the appropriate enquiry system rather than being copied into analytics event labels or URLs.
What you receive
The agreed deliverables can include updated landing-page files, a tracking map, configured events, enquiry-routing changes and a verification record. Third-party accounts, permissions and backend availability may be dependencies. Those dependencies must be named before the work is considered complete.
How it connects to campaigns
Reliable measurement makes performance marketing easier to evaluate. It also helps identify whether the next improvement belongs in the offer, the page, the follow-up process or the product.
